We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team, someone who is passionate about technology and knows how to find the right candidates for IT projects. If you are someone who is interested in new technologies, has experience in IT recruitment, and can build relationships with candidates and clients, then this offer is for you. Our requirements

  • Experience in IT recruitment
  • Knowledge of the IT market and information technology
  • Ability to conduct recruitment processes from A to Z
  • Higher education, preferably in IT or human resources management
  • Good command of English
  • Communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools
  • Ability to conduct recruitment interviews and assess candidates' competencies
  • Stress resistance and ability to work in changing conditions

Your responsibilities

  • Actively searching, identifying, and acquiring IT candidates
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates for technical competencies
  • Collaborating with the project team to understand recruitment requirements
  • Managing the recruitment process, including planning, coordinating, and controlling activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external clients
  • Reporting recruitment results and conducting analyses and reports
