The company offers not only implementations, but also comprehensive support, training and extensive support and education systems for its customers. it also runs My Accountant Online accounting office.

Problem

Before DAMAL started using TRAFFIT, Excel was the recruitment team's main tool.

The company is committed to innovation and wants to automate and streamline processes - also in the HR Department! Recruiting in Excel required many additional tools; where notes & applications from job boards were kept. Hiring Managers still were used to exchanging information about candidates apart of those.

The team no longer wanted to keep candidates' data and notes scattered across multiple tools.

As recruitment at DAMAL is constantly open and the company is constantly looking for specialists, with each application requiring the involvement of several Hiring Managers - implementing the ATS system was the best possible solution.

TRAFFIT role

Increased number of applications & improved information flow

Up to 6 team members are involved in each recruitment project. Communication was ran via chat or phone: without full and constant access to notes. Better communication was the first visible effect of implementing TRAFFIT.

The next - and the most important effect - was the increased number of applications. That was a result of:
- Job posting in multiple places simultaneously available via TRAFFIT- like OLX or LinkedIn Jobs
- Integrating TRAFFIT with Career page and posting jobs directly there. This enabled Damal team to convert website visitors into applications
- Allowing candidates to apply spontaneously - even if they didn't find any open jobs they would fit at on the job listing

That did not mean that the candidate experience got worse! DAMAL candidates now receive an automated e-mail confirmation that their application has been saved. Automated e-mail communication is also used at subsequent stages, e.g. after the preselection.

And then there's the job posting across multiple sources in a few clicks, email automation and easy collaboration on incoming applications directly in the system.

DAMAL team now not only has an overview of the candidate's full recruitment history, but also of the Hiring Managers' correspondence history and notes. This makes processes run even more smoothly - even though they are now receiving 10 times more applications!

Conclusion

TRAFFIT made it possible to optimise the recruitment marketing budget in DAMAL

The higher number of applications was influenced not only by the ease of publishing ads from TRAFFIT, but also by a change in recruitment strategy. A sizable proportion of DAMAL's candidates came from OLX, but the company also experimented with other paid job portals to diversify the sources of candidate applications.

The recruitment reports available in TRAFFIT made it much easier to analyze the effectiveness and profitability of investments in paid portals. It has made it possible to eliminate those where the costs are inadequate for the results and reallocate budget to those that perform best.
