How are players eligible on ‘Approach to Sign’?
In Football Manager 2023, any player who is under the age of being eligible to sign a professional contract within their based nation, and isn’t tied up with their club with a future professional contract that automatically applies when they get old enough.
In England, the players available on approach to sign are under the age of 17. Same goes for Holland and Germany, while in Argentina and Brazil they must be 18 to sign a professional contract.
